After seeking to air more of the Oswald interview, Stuckey helped develop the idea of a debate between Oswald and a local anti-Castro opponent.

Stuckey arranged the WDSU debate that placed Oswald opposite Carlos Bringuier and Edward Butler.

Stuckey told the FBI about statements Oswald had made concerning his years in the Soviet Union and his Fair Play for Cuba activities.
